Milestones

The kids have hit a few milestones over the last month. Seeing my children change and grow is rewarding and bittersweet at the same time.

Jack got his first 2 teeth on the same day, December 20th. You can barely see them in the picture below. He's protective of them and won't let me get a good picture!

He's also begun crawling and standing. I didn't even know he could stand until I went in to get him from his nap a couple of weeks ago and found him like this:

And crawling means getting into stuff. Here's what happens when you leave a 2-year old in charge of the baby for 2 minutes while you run to the kitchen for a bottle. Trust me, I'll never leave a half-full bowl of tomato soup sitting on the living room table again!

And if getting cuter by the day is a milestone, then he's hitting that one too!

And Addy has now officially been a "big girl" for the last couple of weeks ~ big girl panties and all! Yes, she finally is potty-trained and doesn't even have to wear a pull-up to bed. I'm so proud of her!

Blessings!
Brandi

When I enlarge the picture, I can see Jack's teeth just fine! He already looks older than the picture of him on the sidebar--but no less CUTE. And congratulations to Miss Addy (and to mom!). They are such precious children--enjoy the milestones :-)

Awww.....what cute pictures!
We're going to start working on potty training with Ian when we get home from Disney. Trying before then seemed useless to me!

I wish I could just leave an entire page of "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" but I won't do that to you.

Congratulations Jack and Addy! I'm sure B-B did something amazing today, too, so give him a high five.

I love you!
